We offer standard, office-based support, available from 9:00 am to 5:00 pm Monday to Friday; that said we are a no-nonsense team and will always respond promptly when you need us. We also provide an Issue Tracking System available 24/7 where issues can be systematically registered for resolution and the progress of resolution tracked throughout.

No. We offer our software only to auctioneers with a valid Auctioneer or Auction Firm license or a member of a State or National Auctioneer Association.
